Location: Doha, Qatar

The project includes the construction and upgradation of Rayyan Road which entails 5.3km of four lanes in each direction separated by a central median in addition to 5.4km of side roads, underpasses and bridges constructed over the busy Doha Expressway.   

Requirements

  • Construction of the bridge deck crossing over a busy expressway
  • Single-sided wall for the underpass requirement which realised using PERI's SCS single-sided climbing system
  • Special design of the pier required special steel formwork integrated with groves supplied by PERI
